PRICES:	ALL prices are NET and are subject to change without notice.
TERMS:	2% - 10 Days from date of invoice, Net 30 Days. We also accept MasterCard and Visa
FREIGHT:	FOB Greensboro, NC Atlanta, GA San Francisco, CA Philadelphia, PA Dallas, TX Rochester, NY Indianapolis, IN Orlando, FL Jaffrey, NH
	UPS and Motor Freight shipments will be prepaid and added to your invoice at net cost unless otherwise requested. You may also specify freight collect on motor freight shipments. In the event of Loss or Damage in transit, we will assist you in pursuing your claim against the carrier.
LATE CHARGES:	Invoices not paid within 30 days of invoice date will be assessed late charges at the rate of 1 1/2% per month or any portion thereof. We cannot accept orders from or ship product to, any account with invoices unpaid for 60 days or more.
CLAIMS/LIABILITY:	ALL claims must be submitted within 90 days from date of shipment. CFP's liability is limited to replacement of defective product or refund of purchase price at our discretion.
ORDER QUANTITY:	Minimum order quantity for all stock items is one (1) carton.
SPECIAL DELIVERY:	Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, Courier Services, Etc., are available upon request. Charges for all such services will be invoiced at our net cost.
STANDARD DELIVERY:	Stock items normally ship within 24 hours after receipt of order. Rush shipments and special deliveries are available upon request.
PAPER:	We use premium grades of forms bond, carbonless and safety papers in the manufacture of all of our pack paper products. Colors are limited to those furnished standard from the paper mills. WE DO NOT TINT PAPER.
CUSTOM ITEMS:	Please call us for any special sizes and/or papers you may need. We will do our best to provide you with the delivery you need at the most competitive price.
